Hi there, I know that a lot of regs are turning their back on gg because of the astonishing rake + not really possible to go above 1bb/100 (speaking about rush and cash here), but it still seems that the rakeback, leaderboards and all these bonuses are worth playing in these conditions

I play in a seggregated pool where the traffic is kinda off except after 5PM, I can still make a living playing 200NL but i'm probably in the 10% poorest pros in the world (at least in europe). Do you think it would be profitable to play on gg in my case?

It is what it is. You can allways do the same? And about austrians does it really matter? You don't need to be austrian to play from austria. Players relocate all the time because in some countries legislation forces them if you want to play. It's the same with stars fe.

Personally I think restricted countries is bad thing for the game. Was mostly just pointing out that GG has an issue with people playing accounts that are not legit, usually to attain higher rakeback than their original account and/or to play from restricted countries and/or to perform tax evasion.

Yeah having agents and sheet to play from anywhere is real shady to say the least. Locating to somewhere where you can play is whatever imo and like I said you can do that with any other site also. If I had to guess why the lobbies are not anonymous when they are so hard on bumhunting is to cater for recs who wants to rail their mates etc.

The worst thing about smarthand is that it gives even more edge to players who can change/create new accounts via their agents/affiliates, because they can constantly get a new account with a new nickname and thus become somewhat anonymous, and in such a large pool there is no way to make a connection between an old player leaving and a new guy showing up the next day. So the smarthand thing gives even more edge against players who acutally play by the rules and don't change accounts.

I have downloaded all my hands to add them to a database to review and identity strenghts, weakness, leaks and so on.

However i have tried everything that i can think off, but can't seem to get HM2, PT4 og Hand2note to load any of the hands?

Do they need to be converted or anyone have an idea what i can try.

HM2 doesn't support GG/N8 hands. I made a python script that converts them to pokerstars format so can be imported. Hand replayer isn't working but everything else, graph/stats etc.. works. DM if you want it. It's made for R&C and reg tables nlhe but can make it work for other formats also.
