Her hatred of fracking was probably related to the related earthquakes, potential ruining of groundwater, and the fact that she was trying to run left of the other candidates in 2020. She does need PA more than anything and that is likely a big part of it. But there also is the possibility that she is paying attention to the current benefits of fracking. The US under Biden has become the largest producer of natural gas and oil in the world (higher than any country in history). One of the benefits of fracking is that the oil and gas produced has eliminated a lot of coal power plants which has helped reduce CO2 emissions in the US. In the long term it is unlikely that fracking will be needed, and when gas prices dropped during Covid fracking was temporarily abandoned anyway. My guess is that Kamala has actually changed her mind about fracking. You can call it flip flopping but it may just be that she realizes that she was wrong in her approach and that moving forward it will take time to achieve 100% clean power in the US and fracking will help the US stay energy independent and move away from coal.

i started just reposting his stuff verbatim here because everyone was saying that joe biden was somehow the candidate that wasn't all there mentally. and i think that's mostly because people outside of maga aren't exposed to trumps senility since the media tends to whitewash his statements and clean them up so he doesn't look as cognitively declined as he actually is.
