Seems a bit random, I think this is just a check/fold. I imagine you want a club, because it blocks the calling range (I'm not sure though).

How is anyone going to comment on this? It is obviously bad. You have no chance of improving and you don't raise enough to get him to fold anything. Are you going to randomly blast the river if they call?

Not randomly but yes I'll be blasting most rivers.

how often you think he has a hand that can call down in this line?

You have nut low, in this spot you raise much bigger and bluffs are hands with equity.

Well the tiny raise size is bad because no one is folding much of anything, and you have somewhere close to 0% equity.

Just lead turn

Just lead turn

But he's gonna call. 😃

I'm finding out what lines the regs are folding. They fold a ton when i have value in this line so... I agree i was taking liberties with this hand but I gave in to temptation. I'm testing my new theory, "capped ranges don't call check-raises"

He doesn't have a flush very often after he checks flop so while his range isn't fully capped it's strongly leading towards the medicore. Also taking liberties with the sizing for a better price on my bluff.

Ok he folded so well played? lol
Why don't you just bluff hands that actually have some kind of equity if called. There's no logic behind choosing 7d6d

In essence, yes.

In theory obviously it's not good.

The logic is I think he folds a metric ton to this kind of aggression either ott or to a river barrel. So far it's been working amazing. It's a non-intuitive bluff spot = much more credit from regs.

But your concerns are obviously noted and will be taken into consideration in future... I just enjoy this x/ x/r spot 😃

Thanks for the input !

I like it if you have a read that villain is tight. But if villain calls the turn then I dont know if bluffing a brick river is a spew or almost mandatory with this line

edit: maybe against 32/23 I would just fold and wait for a better spot with at least some backdoor equity etc.
