I would like to know how to approach staking in tournaments that are in the money.

GGPoker has that feature, that you can sell phase tournaments if you made it to Day 2. That also guarantees ITM.

It is using an adjusted stack formula to calculate the price per 1% share.

there was an agreement between Stakee and Staker; full staking & splitting profits 60/40; avg buyin $100-$200 online & live, also shot taking; lasts about two years

After a real bad downswing makeup was ~80k; Staker ended the deal

Several months later both parties want to try again. What could be a new agreement that is somehow fair to both sites and also takes into account the previous makeup?

lots of online and live tournaments have (un)limited reenter possibilites.

But what is the best strategy? Regging before start? Never reentry bounty tournaments as big chunk of the prizepool is already gone? Any general rule for it?
