Hi, I have an deposit limit on my account for around $100$ and I have wanted to remove it for around 3 months now and been in contact or trying to contact support every week since then but they always stop answering or asking the same questions again and again. I have uploaded in ID, bank statement, proof of capital, pictures of my cards etc and also sent in that by email around 7 times because they asked for it but then stop answering.

Also I have another query, I already have emailed and contacted support, they told me they would email me regarding this but still nothing lots of days later:

I was playing this final table (Tourney ID: 256469959):

and I was disconnected from the software when I had 30bbs aprox. other people from other countries were also disconnected (I tried 3 different internets and another computer, which means is server side, also 2 other players from other countries were disconnected), but 3 players still were online (2 from the same country) and kept stealing blinds and we were $ affected, how will we be compensated?

Please help me with those, and thank you in advance!

some reg players using inattention of recreational players by insta beting 1bb flop and than instabet 100bb turn with nuts hand. Is this not a violation?

I have seen that some players who used that, disappeared from lobby (moonprice, WeakTightAss or dobiCH) but some players doing that for years and have no problems (hahihuhu11).

I can't access it or open at all. Maybe even it was deleted. How I can contact support?

Now I have legitimate documents to send (also certified by government) and validate my address which was the reason of my ban.

Besides, I just want my deposit only, rest you can have - which seems fair in this circumstanses

Violation of what exactly? As far as I know players are able and can choose whatever size they want with whatever timing they want at each street of poker, the lack of attention of another player is not fault for the one doing the exact actions he is allowed to do and is doing. Why would it be a problem to bet anything from 1bb to all in instantly if it is within the rules of the game.

If it's not a violation, then I would do it too, it gives a huge profit. But I see that most of the players that did that are gone from lobby, so I'm asking 888Rep

Hello, NotFun5 again, almost a year with the account and funds blocked, it is quite frustrating not being able to do anything and no one telling you any explanation.

I just want to recover my account and my funds and not start taking legal action.

I received that email saying that the disconnection actually happened but I wouldn't need compensation since I WON THE TOURNAMENT, I finished 3rd not getting the chance to knock out players and being disconnected, how come did I won the tournament if I wasn't even able to reconnect?

This makes no sense at all, can you check it out for me again please?

And what happens to the support, about the $100 withdraw I asked them to cancel the $100 ONE as I am waiting for a $600 withdraw I asked two days ago, and to continue with the $600, I asked the chat support to DOUBLE CHECK if they were refunding the $100 and keep moving with the $600 and the person in the chat confirmed and then I receive this email:

Either 888 email and chat support are completely lost or I don't have idea what is going one cause the two issues I had were completely mistaken and wrongly answered by chat and email. EVEN after confirming everything with the online chat. Wtf how can things be so messy like that?

So far I've got nothing, no answer, email, refund, withdraw cancel or anything for both issues. It's frustrating to deal with 888 support when we have to.

I have been trying to claim 2 x $109 tournament tickets that I won in satellites in early July this year but was never rewarded.
I'm a regular player on the site and often win seats in satellites that usually get added in my tickets section.

After a lot of email exchange with support they keep telling me that I am not eligible to receive the winnings from the mentioned game. 'The results for both tournaments were placed under gaming cautions as of June 9, 2024, at 22:14, which was after the tournaments had concluded. As a result, the winnings from those events could not be processed'

Nobody is giving me a proper explanation and I just feel ignored and robbed...

On a separate note, I am also missing July's monthly rake back (I qualify every month for the maximum rakeback) and have raised this with support but I keep getting back mixed responses. Some telling me I didn't qualify and some saying I was rewarded but it has expired etc but I log in every day to check and I also didn't receive the standard email at the beginning of the month.

Hi, My nickname on 888 is dolphin15. I left a message last month, but as nothing have changed sinse that I'm asking for help again. I haven't been announced about any restrictions on my account, I can play, I can deposit, but I can't receive money. My withdrawal requests are being in pending status for weeks. than are being transferred back to gaming account without any explaination. I use the same method that I deposit - Skrill. My ID and utility bill have been verified earlier. What do I have to do, were to adress to receive my money?

If I tell you it's been 17 days from the withdrawl and it still didn't get cancelled do you believe me? Why is that? How hard is it to solve such a simples issue?
