Hypothetically, if you're of the opinion that one political party is harming society by indulging the delusions of a movement that denies the most basic realities of biology, then yeah that could be a strong reason to vote for the other guy.
In a few hundred years when standard practice is to order your new baby online for pickup from Gene Editors R' Us, maybe they'll move that issue down a few notches on the list of things to be worried about. Until then, many people believe that men should be men and women should be women.

yes. "say it enough times and it will be true" is their entire platform. the media stopped holding them accountable on day-1 but has no problem hammering democrats until they answer a question.

Per a source familiar: Leader Schumer pushed for the DNC to delay formally nominating Biden in an early roll call vote. @kellyfphares reports Schumer and Jeffries spoke and both agreed to make the push.

Some might say that a country holding free elections gets the leaders it deserves. But don't worry, at least one of those things won't be a problem much longer.
Yeah, I'm not sure they'll settle on Kamala. I think it's a mistake if they do. I'm still hoping for Hakeem Jeffries. I could live with Newsome.

The reality is if Biden did what he pledged and only ran the one term than the Dems would have had ample time to present a new candidate and let the country know who they are. Right now Kamala polls higher than Biden

this is mandela. he never pledged this. at best his advisors put out that he makes a good "transition figure" in the lead up to the 2020 election.

I may be biased as people I know outside of CA have opinions and all generally despise him.
No, but I'm just thinking in terms of electability. Dems have to worry about battleground states, and Newsome is too far left (IMO) to sway voters in those states that he needs. I could be 100% wrong on this, just my .02.
California isnt a dumpster fire but they were faced with some credible issues and a large deficit going into 2024 that Newsome was, at least to a degree, responsible for creating - but hes also done some good things as of late that i think will help things a bit.
But more importantly, AI advancements and the gains in the stock market played the largest role in California's improvements in the last year.

They united behind George W. Bush after 9/11. He had something like an 85% approval rating. Only legit left-wingers, like yours truly, did not bend the knee. And as I told you a day or two ago, George W. and his crew are the guys that ACTUALLY overturned a POTUS election (and killed a million people in a moronic war in Iraq, and killed thousands through incompetence after Katrina, etc.)
He got any number of liberal/Democrat votes to somehow win in 2004, despite having turned in arguably the worst presidential term in American history (easily worse than Trump's term).
You seem to think Trump is some new and unique threat. He's not even more dangerous than the last Republican President that preceded him.
