Yep, I noticed the same. Either they need to get it back up from their back-ups or refund all of our Day 1 flight entries and then some. That's quite a lot of wasted play hours at 2.5 hrs per Day 1 flights. Won't be a happy camper if they don't re-instate where the Day 2 standings were. I was sitting around 260BB for Day 2 on the 28th. I e-mailed tech support yesterday, still haven't heard anything back from them except an acknowledgment this morning of my e-mail.

To answer the other question, the 2A starts at 205pm EST on the 28th if they get it back.

LOL why would they comply with anything. They act like they are Teflon would like to see someone make them accountable.

What an absolute shithole.

First this short notice of Germans being banned (including me).

Since they had this issues during the Christmas days my Account was locked when it was not possible to Log in for some Accounts even when using the correct log in credentials. Since then my Account was locked for "5 failed consecutive Log in attempts".
My registered Email address expired so I am unable to click the link they are trying to send me. Many E-Mails sent since and now I received a response for the first time: they will only assist me from my old Email address. No other solution provided like verifying I am the Account owner. My Account has 2FA as well.
Seems like I am doomed? From february 1st onwards I will not be able to access the Account anymore at all to withdraw my funds, with them kicking German Players.

Wow, thanks for letting me know. I saw the same thing in mine and says Ticket Name "dummy...". That isn't going to fly, I had 11 buy-in's @ $2.50 plus some R/B's. Received a response..........will wait and see what they come up with. Something obviously happened after their maintenance. It's beyond me why there isn't a back-up for on going "flight" MTT's.

I had to complete the two step verification. Prove my identity and then Create a video of my play for them. Did you just have to prove your identity? Were you able to get your account cleared? Thanks.

I am asking for an official statement from a WPN representative.

Acr has officially confirmed that they and the entire WPN network will no longer operate in Germany from 29 January 2024. My affiliate partner also had this information.

However, when I asked Pokerking support, they vehemently contradicted this and assured me that ACR's decision has no influence on Pokerking and that German players will continue to be welcome after 29 January 2024.

Everyone has different information on this, please clarify this for once. Even my affiliate (pretty much the best known in the scene) doesn't get an exact answer anymore.

I don't think there is an wpn rep here and on any other poker forums anymore.
It's definitely a very annoying situation. Were you informed only a few days ago? Isn't the notice usually at least several more days in advance for situations like this?

so all of a sudden the German players were notified just a few days ago.

the article says

"The following email went out to all players at ACR, BCP or Pokerking:"

but wpn rooms are:
acr, bcp, ya, true, king.

ya and true players weren't notified? so can they continue playing?

I doubt that, i think ACR, Blackchip and Pokerking are the Skins YPD is an affiliate of and thus they mention only those.

My affiliate is wpd, but they also assumed that all skins from WPN will be closed for German users.
So far, only ACR has published an official statement on Twitter and then informed all affected players by email.
However, I play on Pokerking and nothing came from them. I then contacted Pokerking support and received the following reply:

Q: Hello Pokerking-Support,

Is it true that you will no longer accept German players from 29.01.2024? If so, I think that's a real shame, but please let me know as soon as possible. ACR seems to be closing its doors to us, but I haven't received any notification from you yet!

WELL, ACR CAME THROUGH. ♥ I was hoping if they weren't going to run the 75K Day 2 MTT they would be able to run an ICM. They did. Received a 3-figure deposit to my account from them this afternoon as well as a couple $2.50 tickets. I was looking forward to starting Day 2 with close to 300bb but on to the next. Thanks ACR.

Yea unfortunately contacting support on wpn is typically not possible. I never could get a hold of anyone on twitter

has anyone ever won 2 in one day to collect the bonus money?

There's over a 3x overlay in the $66 route 66 tournament that runs this Sunday. I hope they don't find a way to have 'connection' problems but I think given their TOS they'd have to pay ICM for the day 2 makers if they cancelled, so some good value there for anyone interested.
$16.50 mystery bounty has an overlay also but not nearly as significant.
Venom as well.

im playing a omaha tournament and the cards are face down until its my turn to act..wtf

Part of their stupid strategy to offset collusion via card sharing on discord or w/e. Some of the other tables have a reshuffle feature which means cards mucked pre are put back into the deck. Both have issues. You mentioned the ones with the former method, but the latter means you can never gain any insight into equities by knowing what cards are likely folded in different positions... like you might upweight or downweight a decision if someone raise/folded in a multi way pot pre knowing that means they're more likely to have an A in their hand (or whatever)

Does anyone know: if you qualify for redundant satellite events like venom qualifier step 2 or whatever do these multi tickets carry over to next time they rub the series? The ones they don't let you unreg

I played in this tournament as well and it made no ****ing sense. Mostly everything wpn does makes no ****ing sense

It's the reshuffle. Cards are put back into play after being folded, hence you can't see your cards

A **** ton of disconnects this weekend so far. Wpn costing me money once again

I was asked by acr to prove that I was a real player by posting a video of me playing. I created the video and sent it to them. I never got a response from them. I contact them again and no response. Contacted them one more time and got no response. My account is currently locked with a ton of money on there. What is my next move? I cannot get a hold of anybody because no one responds to my inquiries. I have been playing on the site for about a year and a half now
