I've read about the refunds and since 888 is my mainsite I wonder if I was a victim. I've asked in livechat if I'm getting refunded but they gave me a very shady answer and instantly cut off the connection. So I may aswell ask here.
I have an issue where I can't withdraw my money. Support ignores for over 1 month giving me an answer to why my account has been temporarily.
Does anybody else have this issue?
Where and how to sue them?
Are there any plans to resolve this issue? The seat appears empty but it is impossible to seat upon clicking on it.
This issue has been there for months, no wonder GG, even with superusers, has the biggest pool. Their software is flawless.

As they have stated multiple times starting 4-5 Years ago, they are aware of this bug and it will be fixed soon. (not)
A player by the name of "Qegenith" is actively offering software that enables people to cheat effectively on your site. I would recommend serious, severe KYC checks and measures against this player.

I changed my region of residence to Croatian. Due to a change in residence, 888 poker room advised me to open a new account. The poker room closed the old account on its own and sent me all the money. It was December 29th.
A month has passed and I still have not received the money.
I didn’t break any rules, the poker room itself closed access to my account and offered to open a new account in a new country. That's exactly what I did.
Please help me resolve the situation, I no longer know who to contact.
I wrote to the support service, to the operations department, to my affiliate, and finally to the official discord channel 888. Silence everywhere, no answer.

I have account named ''fdang33''. I played 1 month in 888 poker (June-July 2023). After playing for 1 month and trying to withdraw money, they froze my account for investigation.
I was not able to finish this investigation and they banned me. I sent many documents, tried to contact them and ask for resolution but nothing was provided. Seems really hopeless.
Now I written messages to british gambling comission and other brunch as well, waiting for their responce and help in this matter. I demand to get proper responce about reasons of banning my account, which rules I have broken and why I can't withdraw my funds. Why I never got helpful reply from operations 888 department? This could be discrimintation by nationality.
I have all emails from them and all evidence.

I made a deposit through LUXON PAY and the money was sent.
I sent an email before this directly through the app asking about the delay. Well, he spent hours saying he was suing.
Now it's saying it was canceled and my money didn't go back to my LUXON.
