To reiterate some of the points:

2. Racist posts and other bigoted statements that target a particular group or individuals of such groups with derogatory comments are not allowed. This should not need further explanation.
3. Graphic Images need to be in spoilers with a trigger warning.
4. Wishing Harm on other posters will result in an immediate timeout.
5. Genocidal statements such as "Kill 'em all" etc, are no longer permissible in the thread.
If anyone has any questions about the above, please PM me. I don't want a discussion about the rules to derail the content of this thread. If anything needs clarifying, I will do that in this thread.

Hamas has been infinitely more honest than anything out of Israel. regardless, no I dont trust what Hamas says (nor what anyone says really) but rather require evidence in some form. the amazing thing about this day and age is that there is almost always a video that confirms what I believe.
I don't think they're offering, and they probably wouldn't be much good if they did. In any case, unlike the Israelis who are simply pursuing a tribal grudge-match, they'd require a specific and legitimate mission objective, and there isn't one. They won't go anywhere near this.

the mission objective that Israel and its supporters parrot is that the goal is to destroy Hamas and dismantle the tunnels. this is an achievable goal. but Israel is not willing to undertake the casualties, which would be extremely high, to get the result.

this time however, according to my sources, Hamas made an effort to protect the civilians or at least they were engaging the genociders. certainly we saw quite a few videos of the red triangle.
the question is did the resistance drive them out of Al Shifa? why did they eventually leave?

it goes like this: a terrorist fires an RPG at an IDF tank, it hits the tank, you see the impact, the vid cuts out. vic & friends celebrate over some supposedly dead jews and chalk another hit up (this is why he embarrassed himself a few pages ago with the claim that hamas have blown up 900 IDF tanks)
the part that the vid doesn't show is that rpg bouncing off the tank, causing no damage, and then 2 seconds later the terrorist's arsehole getting blown through his head and into space

I think it's correct to say that Hamas is essentially a resistance organization but Hamas originated as Palestinian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood that has some deep rooted religious insanity which is why I think Egypt doesn't want anything to do with them or the people around them.
I would imagine that Iran would rather have the Palestinians die like they are now than enter Egypt as Egypt relies on SA and UAE to maintain economic relations and trade as well as preventing influence from Iran and Turkey.
I don't see how any meaningful negotiation could ever be reached.
I think in that sense, everything that Israel claims about Hamas wanting to remove them from the world is mostly going to be accurate due to some of that religious history - which why negotiations would probably never work.
