Ran into a bit of an issue recently, ran up a nice bankroll for once and want to cash some out but struggling to find a way to withdraw. Tried requesting a bank transfer, but when I sent in my proof of bank account it was rejected as I have moved address since I opened the account, and I can't update my address in the system. Any clues on ways forward?

Got kicked out of the game and forced to update the client while playing a tournament (last 2 tables btw). Great experience, guys!


But, at least I see some problems were fixed, so that's good.

They added the timebank info, that looks like it should be a button, but still can't be activated manually.

I'm here to share my recent experience with 888poker's support and would like to hear your thoughts on this matter.

Recently, I reached out to their support to address an issue regarding the difficulty in verifying my address. As a Brazilian, I encountered the requirement for documents in English, which in itself is questionable. Nevertheless, I decided to proceed and hired a sworn translator to translate my document.

To my surprise, even with the official translation in hand, they continued to reject my document, citing the same excuses. Frankly, I'm losing patience and don't know what else to do to resolve this situation.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any suggestions on how I can proceed from here?

I appreciate your attention and any help you can offer.

FYI.

We are glad that the feedback was provided. We have reviewed and players should not lose any tickets won from Satellites if they request a withdrawal. In this case the configuration has been adjusted once we were alerted to the issue and do appreciate the value feedback being recieved to ensure the best options being offered to our players.

How long should we stay at the table after sitout recreatonal player's?


Like many of you, I've encountered the same issue with KYC verification, specifically with address verification, even though I completed it the day after creating my account and was told that my account was fully verified. And after more than 5 months of headaches and dozens of emails - it finally happened.

Long story short, 888 decided to close my account and never create a new one, but returned the entire bankroll.

Most likely, support is responding to you with standard copy-paste templates on a weekly basis.

Compile a complaint using the 'Internal Complaints Procedure' with a description of the situation, including all the documents you've sent to support before, and send it to [email]int_secondopinion@888.com[/email], [email]operations@888brands.net[/email], [email]pokeroperations@888brands.net[/email].
When you receive their final decision and if it doesn't satisfy you, you can escalate to the next instance:

lets imagine that you don't understand 😀

when recreational is busted he is in the "sit out" mode. You insta sit out as well. When recreational reload and sit in - you insta sit in back too. In any normal live poker room your ass would be kicked out by security because of such behaviour.

On Stars and GG this works well. They could detect such players very fast and they are giving them a temporary ban.

Hope on 888's improvement on this matter.

Ok, i agree, you can't stay at the table in sitout and wait until the recreational player returns. But can you sitout and leave table?
