I`m sure you will "send it over". In fact, last time you did that, I got a mail demanding more documents. I just got a mail back this morning saying they were unacceptable, because they were "blurry". As you can no doubt guess, they were not blurry.
So if you think I don't help players i'm just wondering why you are posting here?
You can access the www.safe-cashier.com to upload them and resolve.

FYI,
it is simple as player as not deposited in last 6-12 months no withdrawal option available.
he can make a minimal deposit via the many methods available in his cashier and then the withdrawal method will be available.
Ask him to update his telephone number as well as I did try to call and it is not working.

I have done that and they just banned my account again because it was deposit and withdrawal in the matter of a minute.

I`m sure you are doing all they let you do. I`m not blaming you, it must be an unenviable situation.

888 has disabled my account. Therefore I have no access to live chat.
Mail to support@888 gets bounced back.
A mail to the "second opinion" helpline was just returned.

They have found the email address had a typo and are updating it,
Instead of [email]secondopinion@888sports.com[/email] it is [email]secondopinion@888sport.com[/email] witout the s at the end of sports.com so apologies for that from the company.

You can request for the English form your provider."
All the utility bills are in Spanish. Companies are not going to send you in english, not even close.
What can be done here?

As far as I know he must get it notarized to have them in english.

Regardless player must provide relevant docs requested - we are sorry if costly but we do not accept the docs in his language. Until verification is done the account will not be reopened and any emails of other depts wont resolve as it is an operational criteria needed.

Is cashout time the same as previously for skrill and neteller? Say you cashout on the weekend, I recalled it almost always seem to be on Thursday, that the funds show up in there. Is that still the norm.

It has been a year since 888 blocked my account and froze my balance. I am posting this to advise all the poker players to avoid playing in the site/ withdraw if you are allowed.
Please note this is not a isolated case. I personally know dozens of people with blocked accounts and others are in the infinite loophole of sending documents. The only crime is to be winning at poker. Although I cannot vouch for every single one that is blocked I know some of us were not doing anything ilegal. 888 does not give any explanation and is protected under their T&Cs.
Again, if you are thinking about playing on the site, save yourselves the trouble since it is likely that you have to go through this in the future and believe me, it's the last place where you want your money to be stuck.
I'm happy to take back my words if I get my case reviewed although I know it's extremely unlikely unless I continue with the legal process.
I know the 888Rep here is doing a solid work (considering the circumstances) and will help out with whatever minor issue you have but this goes beyond.
Again, don't think this won't happen to you because if your sole intention is to win at poker, it probably will.
