FYI.

We are glad that the feedback was provided. We have reviewed and players should not lose any tickets won from Satellites if they request a withdrawal. In this case the configuration has been adjusted once we were alerted to the issue and do appreciate the value feedback being recieved to ensure the best options being offered to our players.

is it intentional, that $109 tickets won in satellites are to be forfeited upon withdrawal? It's kind of unlogical, because they are winnings and not a deposit bonus.

Despite of few more reminders via PM nothing has changed. I still don't get any e-mails. I already missed 2 cashbacks and there might be some I even haven't noticed. I claimed them, issues 240323-001767 and 240613-000096 were opened, but I haven't received any answer. Issue 240323-001767 is pending for over 3 months.

Missed huge amount of promotions too, because once I click them away they don't appear again. Contacted support once to get to know promotions T&C's of a promotion I just noticed before accidently clicking it away, and guess what? They couldn't help me with promotion T&C's because of some kind of technical issues.

It gets frustrating. I just want to be informed about news. If it doesn't work automatically then let someone forward all the promotions and claim mails to me manually.

almost force you to stop playing on 888, despite personally never having had an issue with the site.
I already keep the absolute minimum on my account and It feels beyond naive to play on 888 at this point.

I'm sure some accounts really did violate TOS but it can't be in your interest to operate your business like that.
With this little transparency wrt closing accounts/denying withdrawals/verifying accounts etc.
