You should be able to do this in the cashier while withdrawing.

Hello everyone! I also have a problem with address verification. I’ve sent all docs I have to [email]support@888.com[/email], at least 3 proofs of address not older than few months . Nothing was accepted, account is frozen for more than a month now. Got pretty serious part of my bankroll there. My username is StepShim . @888Rep, could you please help?

The problem is the same as the guys above. I've been playing on 888 since '19. At the end of the 23rd I deleted my old account. And this year I decided to return again. I donated money and started playing.
Аfter an unsuccessful option (however, a similar type had passed a year earlier), I made a lot of effort and made several versions of certificates from various banks. I sent the high quality documents, which the room confirmed (the uploaded documents checkbox is checked and nothing else can be uploaded). The support did not accept the documents, although a similar option was accepted earlier (including in other rooms). I made several versions of bank statements in english, where it is clearly visible and can easily be confirmed with any representatives of these banks. I haven’t changed my place of residence over the years.

I am not the owner of the apartment, so the utility bill comes in my mother’s name. What to do in this case?

Well, I believe that you are able to solve the current situation.
I wrote to the support service to resolve the situation, with the fact that utility bills were coming in my mother's name. However, there is no answer.
The support asked to receive a bank statement, which I provided in three different versions. From different banks. (in addition, similar statements were accepted from my friends, and one of the options for a similar statement was accepted by support on my previous account). Why does support ask for utility bills if documents from the bank actually confirm my residential address?
I also showed the bills. There are simply no service providers who would send payments in my name and in English. However, I can simply translate them, but unlike bank documents, this in no way confirms my residence.
I don’t have a gaming addiction, but 888 is an additional source of income for me. Moreover, my account displays my funds, which are frozen (10k hands played). Those. the question simply stands still.I can't withdraw funds and I can't play. I respect the ecology of the room and have no violations.
This question has been in the air since January. I can show the quality of the documents on the forum so as not to be unfounded.

My recent cashouts were processed within 1 business day, the last one was this week.
888poker is discriminating against me, they are not treating all players the same, they banned me from promotions for no reason other than a "business decision". They are only about profit not fairness. Why play here if they are going to target players. Poker is about fairness but this is not fair.
888poker took away all gold coins rakeback, winner spinner wheel, blast leaderboard and twitch giveaways. The same accounts win non stop on the twitch giveaways on 888pokerTV and the 888 Stream Team members channels. This is unfair treatment, they pick and choose who is allowed to win on 888poker that is unfair, that is not fair that is discrimination. This is player targeting... why play here if they target accounts? I will be posting more screenshots and videos of emails and conversations on twitch and discord if 888 does not make this right.
