Anyone else having issues w/ Blitz today?

When I open the client it opens up 5 Blitz tables each saying please contact customer support. But even after I close them the cash balance doesn't return to my account.

Has this happened to anyone else?

anyone having a problem with tournament tickets? won 2 this morning and trying to register and itll tell me ticket no longer available but the table doesnt open. The message gets stuck and i have to log out of the client and then when I log back in the ticket is still there.

edit: nevermind they just worked for some reason after closing out of the client and trying 4 times

Yeah, I couldn't join regular cash or blitz, and it was logging me in without even asking for a 2FA code.

Tables seem to be working again now though.

Last week me and another player I know were sent a requirement of some documents and a video of ourselves stating what stakes we play. We sent everything and 1 week later we received an email stating that our accounts are banned for alleged BOT/RTA/collusion. By no means we are using any of the tools mentioned or colluding. In the email states the decision is final and we can not appeal. I have around 4k seized for no reason. I would like to note that overall I lost like 20k USD in this site in 4 months playing. I don´t know what to do since they don´t answer my email or support tickets.
I play on pokerstars 500-1knl under TanNNKkzZ nickname, and I had not any problems like this in 5 years playing online poker.

Do you use the same wifi network?

What is the deal with the colluding bots? I'm pretty sure I am experiencing the same gameplay at 200 / 400nl reg tables, similar stats, big 3bets and 4bets between bots from kazakhastan, armenia, etc.

There are bots for sure, but I haven't noticed any collusion.

Not at all, we I have like 30 hands with him in my database in the site, so it is not like we are playing together and colluding. There are plenty of bots on the site and they decided to ban two humans

Today I got their response that I got banned:

I understood that is for using external programs, and they said I confirmed violations in that matter.

I only said I use Jurojin and H2N4, and I asked their support and they said both are legal.

My funds are confiscated and Im permally banned, and still got no response of the reasons.

Not saying you deserve to be banned, but chances are you weren't really randomly selected. They must have a reason for choosing you. Hope you're able to get it resolved. GL

Hey, I have the exact same problem. I already replied to Angelar98's post about this topic. I also thought it was because I was using Jurojin, but since it is apparently legal I don't understand why we are banned. They are not answering my emails. I don't know if we have been put into a blacklist or something but I haven't received a single reply.

so what 3rd party software were you guys using besides jurojin and the legal trackers?

Do you run any virtual machines or have something that may be work related that may be running in the background on your PC?

I got banned from Everleaf Network before they hit the dust from having Virtual Machines running in the background on my PC. To be fair the VMs was for bots, but not bots for poker. I used to run a chain of bots for card sales on Magic Online.

Not at all, in my case I used intuitivetables and Pokertracker4.
Seems like they do not give a **** anymore and are banning new accounts that look like regs without any cuestions.

I would not have a lot of money in the cashier if I were you guys.

What kind of argument is this this site is terrible keep your money away from ACR/WPN

I was wondering how ACR could feel confident about a $50, $1M GTD not risking a big overlay until I saw that you could play multiple day 1s even after reaching day 2, which is unlike the other multi-flight MTTs I've seen on ACR (the next Venom is the same, but that one is a mystery bounty which creates a large incentive for building up a huge stack).

It's very interesting to wonder if it's worth it to play new flights after reaching day 2. On the one hand, I've always been taught that such a thing is really bad ICM-wise; there are big-time diminishing returns with each new chip accrued if you don't get new independent entries. On the other hand, the MTT is SO big (20000 entries of prize pool minimum) and there are SO many fish participating, and there are SO many flights, that some people will build up truly massive stacks. Maybe all this stuff compensates for the former point.

I was lucky enough to bink the day 2 on the first attempt. I'm sitting here trying to weigh the pros and cons of re-entering. I'm far from an expert on MTTs and MTT math. Thoughts?

Anyone know if you can withdraw, then redeposit the same week for the reload bonus, or if you can deposit for the bonus, then withdraw while it's active? Don't want Nagy getting mad at me. 😉
