2024 Fantasy Football Thread
Welcome to the 2024 fantasy season, where I'm officially addicted to best ball. I've been drafting since the end of January. Through 95 drafts, my exposures are below. The player order is based on current ADP. Some of these ADPs have been quite fluid over the last 3 months, with FAs and rookies moving the most. Most of my exposures are structurally driven, rather than player take driven. Especially at this point in the game, pre-draft.
But there are some players I simply couldn't avoid going heavy on, like McBride and Andrews in the 5th round. I'm actually quite heavy all of the top TEs, minus LaPorta and Kincaid. I also tried to make sure I had at least 1 TE by the end of round 8, with Ferguson being the last of the group.
Also took approaches like attacking Nabers and Odunze harder than MHJ, at their relative prices.
What do we like and not like?
Rookie season is also upon us. Redraft is still 3.5 months away from heating up, but there will be rookie drafts, dynasty startups, and best ball drafts leading up until then.

His ADP is 56 on UD, full round ahead of Nuk who I think is better regardless of price

Outside of Reed I have all of those guys well ahead of Ridley

Seems good. Kinda wish you had a better wr in lieu of Kyren, but Kyren is a good pick in the late 3rd so I get it

Late third is when I'll click Kyren assuming I already have two WR's. I feel like this is at the end of a tier for WR's. Kyren scares me both to take him and to fade him. So I gotta get some.

Very weak at QB, and I don't think you're strong enough everywhere else to justify. I think a good line of thinking is that you want to get your QB1 by Herbert at the latest on DK. After getting BTJ, I would have made it a focus to take Trevor, and then try to get Gabe as well.
When you take a TE early like Kincaid, I think you can get away with just playing 2 TEs.
I think I am weak but not very lol I believe Russell Wilson is getting vastly undervalued . First two games for the Steelers are apart of the revenge tour .

Something that's been helping me not get sniped on QBs.
Working off the main board. If you see your QB in the list. Draft them if it's your QB1 or QB2.
In this example, getting Watson as my QB2 is way more valuable to my roster than any of the players before him.
