So I checked my email as well as my junk/spam mail, I have not received a single email regarding rakeback claim since I started playing there.

1) Could you please reach out to the appropriate department so that they would send me the emails to claim rakeback?
2) Could you please help me find out how often you guys are supposed to send email for rakeback claim, is it weekly? or monthly? etc.

I will dm you the names and the evidence. Is there somewhere on your website or the desktop application where you can report players?

No I have never won a ticket on Josh Manley's stream.


Then ask Yourself, how did Josh Manley know Your 888Poker User name? Don't think it's real reason why You are being banned from promotions and as You agreed to 888 T&C , they can make such business decisions and there is nothing You can do about it ,except make it worse by constantly complaining and accusing wrong persons. And there are better rooms with better promotions.

I still haven't received any reaction regarding these issues: Neither regarding the main missing e-mails issue, nor to the issues 240323-001767 and 240613-000096 that arose from it.

FYI,
The de promo emails is a known issue they are working on to resolve.

They accepted my passport, but they don’t accept my residential address according to the documents provided and they say that the file is not suitable. I spoke online and was again forced to send a utility bill through the cash register. Then I wrote and sent documents with translation online to [email]Operations@888brands.net[/email]. From there there was an answer that in the log of my visits there was a change of country. Two weeks ago I again submitted a utility bill and added a document about family composition (this is the only document that can be obtained with a stamp from the local government and which contains the registration address), added an online translation, wrote about the reason for my game in a short period of 3-4 months on the Internet of another country. And the reason is very banal. Since I live in Ukraine and we have been at war for 2 years now, it turned out that in 2022 I ended up in territory occupied by Russian troops. Naturally, my Ukrainian Internet disappeared and they gave me Russian. But then my territory where I live was liberated and I again, to this day, use the Ukrainian Internet. Two weeks have passed since the letter was sent and no one, other than an automatic response, has responded to me or unblocked the game for me.
I have the impression that they simply do not give me the opportunity to withdraw money.

I'm having an issue with approving a withdrawal method. I have to use bank transfer as a method due to skrill issues, so I have created a Vietnamese bank account (the country I currently reside). I have already verified my docs and address. The operations team then asked me to provide docs verifying my account ownership and showing where to actually send the money. I have provided all of that plus the account statement to once a

3 months later nothing changed. I am trying to withdraw money since the beginning of 2024, it is SIX MONTHS operation team provides me only excuses and ignores my emails for weeks. Now they asked for a document I have already provided and when I upload it site says it experiences technical difficulties. So I have sent an email with the document to several support addresses and have not received a reply in a week.

Could you please stop ignoring my case and delegate the case to someone, don't you think I deserve some modicum of respect. I have already spent hundreds hours for different kinds of verifications, opening different accounts only to receive some basic reply that the withdrawal attempt was unsuccessful. Or simply be open about the fact that you have no intention of paying me, so I open a legal case against you.

The promo literally says you just need to play but now support are saying I need to have had received this email. Can you please make my account legible for rakeback so I dont have to got through this every week.

I have a problem with my account.
I've been battling for over a month with this "proof of ownership"
I've sent screenshots of my skrill balance, my neteller balance, my bank balance. All way beyond above what i'm trying to withdraw from 888poker.
but still they are asking from where did my money come from....
I started playing poker almost 3-4 years ago. I started with almost 1-2-3k$, and now i've checked my poker tracker 4, and i've won over this 4 years around 35-40K$
I don't understand how 888 doens't know where my money comes from.
Also asks for tax documents, but i'm a digigal nomad and haven't been in my own country more than 6 month for over the last 5-6 years. i've been living in Poland, Thailand, France, Malta, Bali, Mexico Brazil...... I even rejected my own fisical tax residence at my own country.

But Still 888 doesn't recognize my funds, and I have my account under revision.
First of all, I don't have to pay taxes in own country, since I don't live there anymore, second I'm a digital nomad so for now I don't have a legal tax residence (which shouldn't matter or not to 888poker correct?)

But it makes no sense, 888poker has my records, and my winnings, I am professional poker player.
And still, 888poker wants to know where my money comes from? When knows i've won almost 35kusd just in 888poker.com this years .........plus I play pokerstars.com Winamax.fr Ipoker.com ACR.com etc etc

What is this about please? help me out....I want to keep playing 888poker, but it's been over a month and it just doen't feel right.....if I won't be able to withdraw...

BUT according to your words in the email you sent me " Sorry but players are allowed sit out if there are less than 4 players at the table but they must get active as soon as a 4th player joins the table."

SO I WOULD JUST LIKE TO CLARIFY THE RULES

(1) When there are LESS THAN 4 PLAYERS seated at the table, other players are able to "reserve" their seat on a table by taking a seat and "sitting out" - this DOES NOT constitute a breach in TOS

(2) When a 4th player sits down, players can no longer take a seat and "sit out" to reserve their seat on a table.


PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THE MY UNDERSTANDING OF THE RULES ABOVE IS CORRECT.


QUESTION: When the 4th player joins the game, what happens to the players that are already "sitting out", how much time do they have to sit in and join the game or leave the game so as to avoid contravening TOS?

I'm sorry to bother you again but this is becoming unbearable.

I contacted live chat yesterday and they said:

'Hi You should receive an email about the promotion to become eligible for it.'

I still have not received the email, so I contacted live chat again to see when it was sent, and now they are saying:

'Yes that's what I said, you will get an email if you are eligible. if you didn't get an email, the reason was you are not qualified.'

So what is going on? Why is this such a painful process? I just need to be sent this email right? Can you please just send it to me

There is no reason my account should not be legible for the cash game rakeback promo. But the guy I am talking to now literally doesnt know what I'm talking about. He keeps sending me links for the Early Bird tourney rakeback

Live chat is saying:

'The system will invite you if you are eligible to play'

So am I eligible or not?

The promo says:

'It couldn’t be easier! Simply play at any cash game tables and watch the rakebacks roll in!'

You understand that some countries ie regulated ones are not allowed to play in some promotions due their government rules but not sure if that is the case for you and as you have not given me any ID like poker user name I am unable to help you further.

"In other words, if you sit out, you should not leave sight of the relevant game for more than a minute or two in case a 4th player sits, at which time the game should be recontinued. If you have to leave sight of the game for a longer time, you should leave the table."

Also I explained to them my last work was as an enterprise I did and as sound engineer....and they are asking me payslip from that.....but that was like 7-8 years ago.... I don't understand...i've sent all my ids, proof of address, skrill , net , bank balances....movements of my bank last 3 month statement..... but still i've got my account under supervision....
