How would you feel about Trump ads playing this up or saying something like,”this shows they will do anything to stop me, we must fight them to the death”
The first half is fine, but the second half is out of line.
I couldn’t see trump saying the second half of that and if he did I think a lot of repubs would remind him that we are not the party of politicians who pay bail for rioters to encourage more violence, encourage our voters to protest outside the home of the Supreme Court justices in an attempt to intimidate them, vilify our political rivals to the point of calling them evil or comparing them to brutal dictators or encourage our voters to get in the face of our political rivals to make them feel uncomfortable.

I’m glad to see Biden’s team decided to put all their ads on hold. Hopefully they realize how dangerous fear mongering is. I assume they won’t be using “democracy is on ballot” or similar phrases anymore that go far beyond normal political banter.

In what ways is Trump compatible with democracy? He still is fighting to win the 2020 election and hasn't admit defeat. Why's he even running? I really have no idea what your position is based on. I don't consume any of the media bubbles, so it's really hard to piece together whatever you mean. To a person who just reads the news, MAGA attacked democracy and won't stop to this day.
