Hilariously, this is explicitly why immigration has been so powerful for the US. If your population is having less babies then you have to import more workers. Even Trump understands this. His solution is to incentivize having babies, but 2500 a year or whatever its going to be isn't enough to supplement the unaffordability of having kids.
