Hi guys.
Just to let you know im no longer with WPN.
Someone else will deal with this account I dont know who. It has been an 8 year journey with highs and lows here more than anything. Ill be back one day somewhere but gl all.

I'm in now. The $2.50 mystery bounty was paused by admin but I blinded half my stack off trying to get in once it resumed and then lost a flip immediately lol they really gotta get their servers up to par... It's like 1/5 Sundays this happens broadly

disconnected from big 55 and couldnt get the table to load. now the tournament doesnt show in the lobby

xd back in got 5bb now. literally scammed when i buyin for 10bb and fold like 10 hands in a row.

I'm not sure if I should be haggling with them to compensate me for this. In my email, I inquired what their protocol was for situations like these and was sent this, so presumably no refunds/tickets, but I'm curious if others were compensated in some way.

I had to send a video recording of the tables freezing for them to refund me.

Previously all I was able to do was provide the table numbers and exact times it was occurring and they pulled an Ignition and still said too bad.

So now when I play I always have my screen recorder on standby.


Also they tend to be more lenient in refunding for issuing tournament tickets so I would definitely push for it.


seems like roughly half the MTTs are frozen and the others are not

I assume it was to mitigate bumhunting and forcing people to play. Players would avoid other good players and open new tables, it resulted in VERY few reg battles and mostly dozens of 1 handed tables. Im pretty sure this was only a HU problem tho? could be wrong about that

I filled out the contact form on their website a week ago and never got a response either. Today I used the live chat bot on the same page which emailed them for me, and a real person emailed me back within an hour.

you can try this email , they did responsed me,but they just keep saying there is no any disconnection from there end,even I have videos to prove my disconnection,they won't even look at it, so i think anyone play on this site has to prepared for wasting money like this.

Happens every few thousand hands after the update they did. It stops hands from being tracked by HUDs and in their hand replayer until you restart.

Thanks for your answer. One hour or so after getting that message I got a BSOD saying: "Store Data Structure Corruption", wonder if they're related.
