mon, when my dad is surrounded by people with a boston accent, his own boston accent from his childhood suddenly re-emerges but the minute we leave that environment he instantly reverts to his standard bland accent neutral english that he's spoken most of his life - it was super confusing for us children and he was genuinely largely unaware of it until we pointed it out
it's not pandering, it's a real and known phenomenon to mirror the speaking style of those around you - particularly if you used to speak that way when you were younger
i travel extensively and whenever i'm in an area which talks differently than how i usually do, i'll always catch myself mirroring them, using inflexions and word choice that are unnatural to me and i never previously used before - this was most noticeable when i went to east texas for a week for a wedding and by the end of the wedding i had to actively work on not talking like a trailer park born scarlett o'hara because it was so infectious from hearing people talk like that nonstop

tons of code switching in asia where their languages are a bit more rigid and not as flexible due to being character based - ie you can't just create a new word like such as "based" or "woke" because that would require a formal process of creating a new combination of characters to represent them - so more and more often they use english for that stuff since they all know a decent bit of english
much like most americans can't speak spanish but know enough spanish where you can have a yo quiero taco bell ad campaign because it's simple enough
eventually a new character combination to represent those new words will become formalized and adopted into dictionaries - but by then the english phrase has already stuck and is now standard
you also have a ton of asians who studied abroad and thus had their formative years there and sometimes struggle to properly express a thought or idea in their native language and will just switch over to english for that sentence despite that the audience is 100% non-native english speakers and a few of them won't be able to understand
like here you'll see tons of english just thrown into the sentences and this is 100% how young people in asia talk

This was taken out of context. Walz waited days before calling in the National Guard (as you clearly heard Trump say on the audio, and as he's been saying ever since). He should of called in the national guard immediately. Trump even said in the recording "I asked him to do that".
