yep i tried closing the client and it stared downloading and updating itself...i got back to my table played a hand and now there are no cards being dealt

i also tried to register for another mtt and nothing happened when i click register

havent played on here in ages, fired a few turbos and hypers tonight and ofc this happens lol some things just never change

cash game tables are all down as well...

Upon selecting dates and pressing search I only get the error: "Something went wrong, please try again later"

Have you checked if that tourney and/or a refund is listed on your Account --> "Financial History" page?

yea the beast & snc are pretty much just there to help cover their asses in terms of overlays in various mtts, not so much to actually give back value to the players or reward them

I got mine today. It appears that last night only the buy-ins were refunded or, where itm already, the live payouts made. And today numbers were model adjusted. Financial History still not working here so I don't have exact numbers but refunds seem about right.

financial history working now, looks like they took care of everything

Is it ok for me to deposit here with my debit card at this point, or should I still go through the wallet--->blockchain--->site route?

I was just hit with an email where they are refunding a handful of CC deposits ive made over the last few months because of a "security issue" and that I have an outstanding balance. Not sure playing here is the move going forward

ACR:noticed a new layout on the deposit page and the deposit button is missing!
I tried to deposit with my credit card and the bottom of the page with the deposit button is gone.Suggestions for a fix?

I was refunded an incorrect amount the other night from a cancelled tournament. I've been trying to email support but I keep just getting an auto response about something unrelated, the 24 hours later I get a "how did we do?" Email. Is there another way to reach an actual person besides email?
