2024 Fantasy Football Thread
Welcome to the 2024 fantasy season, where I'm officially addicted to best ball. I've been drafting since the end of January. Through 95 drafts, my exposures are below. The player order is based on current ADP. Some of these ADPs have been quite fluid over the last 3 months, with FAs and rookies moving the most. Most of my exposures are structurally driven, rather than player take driven. Especially at this point in the game, pre-draft.
But there are some players I simply couldn't avoid going heavy on, like McBride and Andrews in the 5th round. I'm actually quite heavy all of the top TEs, minus LaPorta and Kincaid. I also tried to make sure I had at least 1 TE by the end of round 8, with Ferguson being the last of the group.
Also took approaches like attacking Nabers and Odunze harder than MHJ, at their relative prices.
What do we like and not like?
Rookie season is also upon us. Redraft is still 3.5 months away from heating up, but there will be rookie drafts, dynasty startups, and best ball drafts leading up until then.

I just did my last draft on DK for the year. I can now reveal my secret last round Puka like pick. This is clearly an end of year pick.

Well it's my first year not playing redraft since '97. Tarheels2222, thank god you invited me into the dynasty league. I have something to look forward to!

Most of the stuff is behind a pay wall/sub service, but they have some nice free stuff as well.
You can filter for all sorts of data like seeing which RBs had the highest % of runs that went at least 5 yards. Or seeing a RBs % of Inside the 5/10/20 carries for their team.
How bad did I screw up this auction? 12 teamer, have to start 2RB and no PPR. Really underestimated the prices for RBs, got frozen out after I kept taking WRs at “value” in the beginning. Got ARSB and AJ Brown for 99 total, but then couldn’t afford any backs ever. Even guys like Mixon and Ken Walker were going high 20s.

A rare and likely -EV 4 QB build, but I just couldn't resist Fields at 23 spots past ADP.

Hard to complain about those WR's and have good RB flyers at the end of the bench. Not ideal for non ppr but not terrible. Get Brooks on IR and pickup a good handcuff

Yea, 2 WR and flex. Every time I do an auction it always feels like it was so beatable in hindsight and yet I screwed it up haha. Like i thought Davante was a steal at 20, when Nico went for 19 cause people forgot about him and he got put up 30 picks later when no one had cash.
Now let’s get this season started so I don’t have to read about weird **** like “% exposure” and “diversifying” from the psycho degens ITT

It feels like one of Bijan or Breece is gonna be the fantasy MVP this year. I've been on team Breece but the Jets have a way of mucking things up.
Is UD done with low limit tournaments? I'm hoping the Flock does another Monday.
It's fine with me I'm enjoying doing the Drafters drafts. I love that for the most part not many people have done a ton of drafts. I've only done seven. I at least feel like I have a shot. I notice a lot of people take QB's unstacked in this format. Am I missing something here?
