Is there an issue with CC deposits now?

Also their dwindling player pool is certainly a red flag but at least they still are pating out promptly.

I would speculate the issue of not accepting (most) CC deposits and dwindling player pool are related.

Skrill seems like their only option....but they also have issues accepting CC deposits.

Can anyone confirm that we can't pay via debit/credit card now? That makes absolutely no sense and I see no difference in my interface whatsoever.

Dropped $50in yesterday with debit to see if it works. All good.

I used debit to buy 20 SC for 5 bucks, first time i made a purchase worked fine.

How about the absolutely bizarre decision to eliminate the nightly Hundos and Bonanzas for some weird promo with a gold fetish theme? Goldmember would be proud.

Is anyone else having problems getting their money off Global?

Before I deposited I said I don’t use one of the major Canadian Banks, so they said I can just use Skrill.

Now that I’m trying to take $1500 off, they say I need to have a Canadian bank account AND I can only withdraw whatever amount I initially deposited.

So, I ran up $300 to $1500 and can only take out $300 and the rest of my money is held ransom?

Help!

Once again, after many years of being a staple of the GP experience, the Bonanzas and Hundo tourneys are just poof gone. In their place, now you have to take endless mindless spins of their crappy slots to qualify for some shovefests. However, I did get the 50 hand cash game pop up telling me I had qualified for tonight's non-existent Bonanza. So it's either an IT employee forgot to scrub that software detail, or they are leaving that in place for its return at some point. Still weird.

Also don't think this won't have a big effect on traffic. When you lose hundreds of nightly tourney participants, who often step into cash games and SNGs while putting in their GC hands, poker traffic is gonna drop. And maybe that's the point, online poker is on its deathbed.

So is the weekly 5,000 SC tournament on Sunday now gone too?

I think that contributed to more people playing ring games during the week. That's the one you need to see 500 flops to qualify. If that tournament is gone, you're going to have a lot let people playing ring games.

Yes the Sunday 5k Bonanza is gone also.

Woke up today to $35 in "Manual Adjustments". A $25 and a $10 separately. Guess there was another recent ban wave/refund spree

Global Poker had cancelled the three Gold Digger (Allin) MTTs because their system could not hand the excessive number of spins since April 1st on the following slots:

Star Spell

Fruit Smash

ThunderWheel

You may have been refunded for those slots made since April 1st.

Same. Received $141 in two separate adjustments. Global stepped up here IMO.

I wonder if they bring back the bonanza tourneys after this fiasco.

They prorated the Gold Digger all in MTTs for people who did the spins for the 3 slots that needed to qualify ie: Star Spell, Fruit Smash, and ThunderWheel. If u did some spins on these slots on april 1-2 u got some of the 85k prize pool. I got approx 10 sc for doing 1000 spins on fruit smash. thanks GP =)

Getting logged in from another location, including right after I changed my password? And not getting a confirmation email after submitting a support ticket. Discord is completely unhelpful.

ah ok. yea I did 1000 on fruit smash for the $.11 Scrimmage Satty and then had done about 2000 spins on one of the others.

Sucks for the people who didnt start spinning right away though. We are definitely getting more than the EV of a seat in one of those

I’m looking to make multi tabling easier. I don’t know what the programs are called but they are pre determined bet sizes that are assigned to specific keys so you don’t have to take the time to type the bets. I used them pre Black Friday on stars and ftp years ago but can’t find information on them now. Any help would be appreciated!

That's not allowed on Global, you're stuck with pot - 1 or CTRL+V for heads up/2.2bb opens

Update:
Did finally get my bank approved (after 2 rejections of my banking info which both had been approved and stamped by the tellers).

Finally, a manager printed out a couple other forms (just the Swift Code and one that had his title and info on it. This was at TD Bank in Canada) and I made it into a pdf using an app on my phone. Got approved in about a day and the ensuing withdrawal was processed through Skrill pretty quickly.

Quite a pain in the butt overall, and far more of an ordeal than any other poker site I’ve played on. Oh well.

I presume you managed to get all your funds out or just what you deposited?

Yes, I was able to withdraw the amount I wanted to and it came reasonably quickly.

I had to open a bank account with one of the shitty major Canadian Banks, because they wouldn’t accept my 0 fee Tangerine or Neo Bank Accounts (even though all other sites do, and the Gov’t of Canada also).

It’s annoying that it’s not a simple email transfer like Party/Bodog/iPoker. They all pay out in like 1-8 hours.
