Any other data points around depositing via credit card. I've been using various credit cards for years. 3 weeks ago I deposited with a new card and played for 10 days and withdrew prior to a vacation. I tried depositing 2x last night with the same card and got a message about using one of the various other methods. I never received anything from Chase so seems to be on Globals end.

sometimes banks put security holds when using CC for this type stuff... maybe call the bank and tell them you are gonna purchase something from VGW, and it getting declined, and wanna know if there is any sort of security hold on the card

There are no holds or anything on my card for the attempted deposits.

I reached out to Chase. They said it's definitely on the vendor side and that they have nothing even declined on their end.

The tickets show the expiration date and what you purchased was exclusively for that series only, it's spelled out pretty clearly.

It constantly doesn't register for some reason.

I even got a new mouse, which didn't help, at all.

I also 6-9 table in the browser.

It sounds like lag ... try a different browser

When I use a browser (Firefox) and I'm playing more than 1 table,
I always have to click on the table to activate it (even if it's brought to the front), then click on the check, fold, call or raise buttons.

If this is what you're talking about, you'll just have to get used to doing that every time you act on a new table.

Damn, yeah it gets on my nerves lol. Especially, when I have 9 tables with no hotkeys haha.

So, I tried FireFox but unfortunately, it's still occurring. The good news is I like FireFox a lot more then Chrome. So, thanks for that!

After all the testing, I actually noticed it still happens out of the browser. Say the calculator, it still happens. So, possibly the new mouse could be a defect or maybe a hardware issue?

Anyone find it weird they last two $10 jackpot sng winners are players that have played their first and only game the day (sng) they won. I know sharkscope only tracks sngs but both winners having 1 game only register and never to be seen on the site since their wins is kinda weird.

No, Windows 10.

I cleaned everything up multiple times, ran Avast, Malwarebytes, even cleaned up and reinstalled Thermal Paste on the GPU and CPU.

It's either a defected mouse, new CPU needed or maybe a new motherboard.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

None of that would cause the issue. I would reinstall windows before you start buying hardware. Back up your files, wipe completely, and try again.

No like posting A screenshot of a reg saying he uses software that is banned from the site and following up with “I don’t wanna talk about that in the game because who knows who is watching” and I’m asking is this strange? Then the admin shills respond instantly saying no he probably means he uses them for practice purposes. You are right just a hunch says it’s a coincidence

I didn't log in for three months and my 3,000 in SC expired. I was super busy with work stuff. 90 days isn't that much time and I only got one email. Is there a rep I can talk to?

I have been collecting the SC by logging in for the last 2 weeks, its amazing they offer the daily log in SC. gonan try a few games this weekend site looks decent

Does anyone know if Global has a 15 table limit cap for cash games? When I try to open a 16th table, the previous table I opened (table #15) becomes completely white and unplayable. I would like to play 18-20 games, if possible.

I've been playing there since 2018. Its soft especially small stakes cash and they have rakeback. Mtts are decent too they don't last all night. I also like the use of a debit/bank account instead of dealing with crypto.

I don't like that its internet based only, wish they had software.

I also play on ACR and like their On Demands so I try to mix the two.

I've heard of sites taking small monthly administrative fees after periods of inactivity (still dumb, imo), but taking your entire balance after 90 days? Feels harsh.
