Block immediately this player kox44x I have 1 year told you how he is hoaxing using bot program and seems to very clear that he's is seen cards. He has stolen almost $1000 from me and this is NL10!!! You haven't even blocked him during investigation or not investigate at all. I have program that shows timings tells, his moves are tenth of a second exact when he makes moves. If this is not enough please tell me what proofs you need, I have plenty of hands against him and also lots of people contacted me that he is hoaxing.

Also tell me how you can make raises and checks with tenth of second exact.
And how a guy with those stats can always have 1 card better kicker when he is calling all ins like A4o offsuit when opponent has A3? Looking his stats show that he is not making those calls often at all. Only the times when opponent has kicked 1 card smaller. And those hands are not only against me, I went through whole database how he plays.
I also found his nickname from old poker forum topic where people are talking bot programs in Russian.

Ukrainian player kox44x uses some kind of cheating program, team playing or seeing player cards or all above. I have contacted your support now about year about that player but nothing happens. If you don't believe me there is lots of talking about him on my topic here and forums. It's not possible to achieve that kind of winrate with those stats and playing those hours with exact timings on with betting. He is 100% sure cheating. Block him

He definitely can't be. He is making ridiculous calls with trash aces on spots where he is always dominated making many of as believing he has some information about hands. There is guy on my topic that made really long post with pictures about his really odd stats and how those changed like in one night. And then the biggest thing, his timing tells are always same. I was shocked when looked this up. Although knowing his definitely hoaxing.
It seems like some kind of glitch that allows him to see cards. Total impossible with his stats and what you talk about him style to make calls like Qhigh small kicker-Ahigh small kicker that are always like 1 card better kicker. With those stats you won't normal see those kind of hands ever.
So on your table he is a losing player who makes bad calls and sometimes gets lucky. This fact is tilting you and you say 888 should ban him. Did I miss anything?
Those calls are really absurd if we think how he plays. It seems like he has some kind of bot program when is playing so much hands people are telling here. With these infos combined and his winrate 1bb/100 how likely is it for that king of player have hands like Q5o etc in spots where I have Q4 like on blinds. How likely it is for that king of player calling with A3o against early open and then calling 3 streets when early opener have A2s
Latest update, have sent in bank account statement showing old and new address. Unable to verify, tried another withdrawal and am getting told to send in proof of bank account to match my account. I HAVE MOVED HOUSE. How is this not able to be processed? Does no one else ever move house? Can a human rather than a robot take a look at this, and heaven forbid, engage some sort of customer service where we can talk to someone?

You should be able to use the live chat feature in the poker lobby by either going into the cashier or by clicking the question mark at the righthand top of the lobby where you can talk to AMANDA and they should solve your issue.

where they made it clear to me that another violation and my funds will be confiscated and the account will be closed, now you write now everything should be fine, that is, are you sure that my account cannot be closed by the reason for abusing the sitin button in a situation unknown to me? I observed a weird thing with player colour markings. Players I mark with red, turn up in orange the next day. Orange-marked players become yellow. The rest of the colours stay, e.g. if I tag someone with dark blue or green, the program remembers it.
The auto-recolouring symptom for red and orange is quite disturbing. Has someone reported this already; were you aware? Thanks

my account has been put for restriction even though I have sent all the necessary paperwork to verify my account( ID confirmed but Address can not be confirmed and I have sent multiple utility bills but they keep requesting another one everytime they answer)
I have sent an e-mail on 888 support but nobody is answering.
Is it possible to talk to somebody or for somebody to review my case?

He is abusing sit out option vs recreational players at cash tables every time. Constantly repeating sit out/sit in action after recreatonal player's sit out/sit in action.
