I have been waiting for this withdrawal for over 2 months now.

I sent 3 emails around a month ago and haven't heard anything back and I feel like I'm being deliberately stone-walled.

The gambling commission states that after 8 weeks has passed I'm within my rights to take this to an ADR (https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/pu...).

Can you please look into this for me?

They clearly accused you to abuse their bonus system. What did you do?

They never told me I was doing anything wrong, it came out of the blue. I win the odd ticket on twitch, but many accounts do every day, way more than me and they still continue to be allowed. They said it was a "business decision". Very shady business 888poker is, they don't explain anything they just take promotions away, while the same names on twitch win time and time again. I have hundreds of screenshots of the same accounts winning on twitch and I have barely won and I get my promotions taken away. Makes me think those are house accounts for 888poker. I have twitch DMs from others that said they are in the same situation as me that they had their promotions taken away. I also have a DM on discord that a player had their promotions taken away too but they were given back when they asked for them back. I asked for my promotions back and they were never given back. Very strange things happening on 888poker. I also have videos of players limping for 1 blind then calling all in with J7 off suit for 50bb in a $109 buy in and winning against me, and I continued to watch and they went all the way and won 1st Place in the tournament. I watched the tables and players were winning with worse odds than me and they did not have accounts making calls like that and winning against them. That is a $109 buy in, it also happened to me in the last $109 I played where they limped with Q8 off suit and called all in and won against AQ. I also play freerolls and $1 games and cannot win either and I have been playing poker for 20 years. I have been playing every $1 Home Game Mystery Bounty and have never won a bounty more than $3.75 and 888pokerTV twitch mod LimeRickey has won the $25 multiple times the $50 which is the biggest possible bounty multiple times and she has won the bounty for knocking out the streamer for $109 and I have screenshots of this all. Funny the mod for the channel has won all these bounties and I have never won a bounty more than $3.75 and my pokerprolabs has more profit than her account. I think 888 targeted my account to make me lose and quit their site because I mentioned on twitch that Josh Manley did not put me on the wheel when I redeemed my twitch points and he said "You will never win again with that attitude". I also redeemed my points on 888pokerTV and my name was never on the wheel and I mentioned it to the 888pokerTV team and they put my name on the wheel the next stream and I immediately won, then my promotions were taken away after that. I said in chat why are my promotions taken away and the twitch mod LimeRickey told me to stop moaning in chat. I have screenshots of all the DMs with LimeRickey, she eventually banned me from the channel when I said support and Operations Team are not replying to my emails and I am just speaking the truth in chat. She said "To stop moaning and to stop smearing the client in chat" she said I was "not treated unfairly, accounts get their promotions taken away for many reasons and that I was not treated unfairly". I asked her what reasons those are and she does not know, so she is telling me why they do it, but she does not know... so she is just making assumptions or she is not telling me the whole truth. I have all the screenshots of the whole conversation if I need to post them if 888 does not make this right.

The point is: they have a right to ban you from the bonus system without warnings. But they don't do it randomly. Most players are banned for abusing either deposit bonuses or hand of the day bonus. Were twitch tickets the only one bonus you received?

Never made deposits, I did do hand of the day, and I did receive twitch tickets. This is stated nowhere, where do you find out about hand of the day bonuses? It's not in their policy of anywhere.... they never give guidelines on how to stay on promotions. Also look at this, 888support is lying to me that the decision cannot be reversed because a player from the 888 discord also had promotions taken away and then given back.

My promotions were taken away the day after I told Josh Manley my name was not on their wheel for redeeming my channel points. I think 888 targeted me after Josh Manley talked to them. He says "Will never win again with that attitude" and then I was banned from promotions the next day by Operations Team.

Several people wrote it on forums. Let me guess: you played the lowest possible limit 0,02/0,04 until you received the hand of the day bonus and stopped playing then?

Let me guess: you can't show me where that is against the rules?

I have the same problems with Utility Bill.
OPERATIONS TEAM does not accept my documents.
I am disabled, but I had to go to the utility management company, take supporting documents from the bank, and pay for translation into English.
The result is zero. I cannot provide any other documents.
I don't know what to do and I only ask for one thing:
contact the decision makers and let me withdraw the money I earn.
All these years 888Poker has been my main poker room, I have played a huge number of hands, I have never broken the rules.

Does not say what you stop promotions for... player's do not not know how to get promotions or not, just says you can stop at anytime which a shady non transparent business.

No I did not abuse their system. I was banned from promotions because Josh Manley was angry I said my name was not on the wheel when it should have been because I redeemed points and I said I did redeem points.

Why do you think that it was the reason? It might have been the reason they reviewed your account, but even that is pretty unlikely.

Then tell us: How much rake did you pay and how much bonus did you get in the last month before the restriction on whole?

How is that unlikely? Look at the dates when Josh Manley said "will never see your name on the wheel again" and the date I received the email from Operations Team. The Operations Team sent me an email 10 hours after Josh Manley said "will never see your name on the wheel again". You are a coincidence theorist if you believe that's a coincidence.

Where are the guidelines to follow to make sure I stay on promotions? If there were guidelines to follow I would. They just take promotions from me without telling me the reason why or how to get them back, or how to avoid it in the first place.

- How do you claim rakeback via email?
- How do I check how much rakeback I am entitled to?
- How and when does it get deposited into my account?

I also have an additional question

If there are other players engaging in behaviour that violates TOS, and I have the evidence to prove it. Where or who should I go to? Should I go to the same 888rep you sent me to when I wanted to get in contact with your operations and security team re: seat scripters?
