Also I explained to them my last work was as an enterprise I did and as sound engineer....and they are asking me payslip from that.....but that was like 7-8 years ago.... I don't understand...i've sent all my ids, proof of address, skrill , net , bank balances....movements of my bank last 3 month statement..... but still i've got my account under supervision....

They sent me a 'Do Not Reply' Email saying they manually credited my rakeback from 2 weeks ago, but nothing about being made permanently eligible for the rakeback promo

Genuinely curious how this is even possible?

I have an 888 account, I'm 99% sure mine is verified, but I haven't really played on it since I moved to Malta and verified it because I've been traveling a lot. Posts like this though make me worried to play on the site, do you mind explaining how it's possible to take 2 full months to verify someone's documents?

I don't know this person either, I'm just browsing this thread because I'm thinking about playing on there soon and I saw this.

Well, objectively speaking, it’s not very clear what the support actually wants.
I sent 3 documents in PDF format, everything is clearly visible (in fact there were more of them,
but let’s take as an example the highest quality in the legal sense).
Two official statements from the bank (one of them sent in the format that was approved for me on the previous account, but for some reason not on this one) and one document - a notice for utility bills, which also shows my home address and my data.
I sent all the documents in PDF, everything can be enlarged and read there. So it's not a matter of the clarity of the image.

When I ask what exactly I need, they answer me vaguely. Like, we need another service provider. BUT There are no other service providers! I have already registered with another bank in order to make a different version of the statement (by the way, paid). It's funny, but the next verification option is to go to a notary. This looks like anything but normal verification.

So, maybe I’ll still start playing on the 888, or at least be able to withdraw the money that I initially deposited, if for some personal reason I’m simply not allowed to play?


Hey guys! They will never approve! they are scammers! They don't specifically respond to any email. There are already hundreds of requests and they don’t answer any of them!

Having seen the site for the first time in ages and the amount of games and features that disappeared it is not unreasonable to assume that they got rid of some staff too.

Pretty strange to hear. Not sure why anyone would want to play there hearing this stuff.


Is there any current regs (someone with long 2p2 acct or some other sort of credibility), MTT regs specifically, who can vouch for the site games/security/quick payouts?

Its been 3 months since i creates an account on 888 poker. After aprox. 1 month my account was frozen because of the verification system.

That process took 2 months, and i mentioned at one point that my father recently passed away and i was depressed about that and all of denied verifications was so frustrating and was not helping with the anxiety of getting the account back or lose the funds. Never said that i had sever anxiety crisis and depression. I asked for the chat log that metioned that, like 4 times, and didnt get any answer about that.

The account was verified and i was able to play again, i only play for fun, i have my income sources, i play microstakes.

So i deposit money on the site, they froze my account and all of documents sent was denied, i cannot be anxious about what gonna happen?

My dad died of cancer, i took care of him till the last day but i wasnt enough and at some point i mentioned that. So your father dies and you cant be depressed? I explain all of that to the team, and now im they are saying that i have severe anxiety crisis and depression.

At that point, i dont even care about the money, i and will nor get my account and funds back, if they can close a account because of that, good for the company.

But i need the proof that i said that i have SEVERE crisis and depression. English is not my fisrt language and SEVERE is out os my vocabulary.

I just cannot believe that this is happening. Depression and anxiety is a medical case and you are being prejudiced against such a condition that affects a large part of the population.

They have a duty of care for their customers and have done it for your own protection, however if you give your poker user name I will ask them to review the decision.

I never said that i have SEVERE crisis anxiety and depression. I said that my dad was with cancer, so i moved to his place for 3 years. i have my own place in Santos-sp, which is mine and eventtually came back to my place. The issue was the adress of most of the recent bills was in my dads house, so i have to explain that.

Im pretty sure that i said that i was sad and depressed because of this, if you lose your dad to cancer wont you feel a little depressed too?

I would like to get acess to the chat logs that says i have SEVERE anxiety crisis and depression, because its not true. Never had gambling problems, never lost a penny in poker and being playing since 2006. I have financial stability and i prove it to verify my account.

I was always polite and respectful in the chat, i can assure that i have never mentioned the word SEVERE nor ANXIETY. I said that all those documents being denied makes a little anxious about getting it back.

Anyways, thanks for the help.
