what the **** is 888 doing? day 2 of the $25 championchip is today and they restarted with 20/40 blinds. I've got 4657 blinds right now. It was supposed to start at 1.25/2.5k today. what the hell.

At least there is no risk of being blinded out. lol. Seriously though, this needs to be fixed ASAP.


more than 10 players have busted and no one has gotten a mystery KO. it seems like the system thinks it's still day 1.


Yeah this is a massive screwup. Pretty sure this will have to be cancelled.

I wanna know how people are busting 1000 blinds deep. Even a lot of the shortstacks have over 200bb. lol


went to bed dreaming about that 10k KO. I feel like this is worse than busting without getting a minimum one.


How is it even still running? Tourney needs to be paused so that can at least sort out this mess.

urgent issue: $100,000 ChampionChip #26 - Main Event (Day2) started with blinds 20/40 instead of 1250/2500. It is gonna be played for like 12 hours. Is there any chance of fix?

At the start of day 2 of our Championchip series Main Event and Mini Main, we encountered an unexpected tech issue that caused day 2 to start with blind levels of day 1.

We had no choice but to cancel the tournaments. All players who qualified for day 2 will be compensated in the upcoming days.

We sincerely apologize for the bad experience.

I was 34., the only time they runn decently canceled the tournament.... you can't play in these rooms, truly ridiculous.

An official statement below regarding the said game,

Due to an unexpected error, we had to cancel our Championships Main Event and Mini Main last night after the start of day 2. Tournament prizepool and bounty prizes were distributed equally to all players remaining in the tournament at the time of cancellation, in accordance to our User Agreement. This is an automatic compensation our servers distribute. We do however understand that some players will feel they deserved more, due to the size of their chip stack. We have therefor decided to compensate all players with at least the ICM value of their chip stack at the start of day 2. In case the ICM value was less than a min cash, we increased the compensation to that of at least a min cash. Tech teams are working on ensuring this type of bug does not reoccur. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Refunds have been sent to all players aside from Swedish and Danish players, which will take another day so.

Yet again didn't receive my rakeback for last week for the account riksanchez.

It seems crazy to me that no one from 888 is willing to explain to me why I'm not receiving cash game rakeback automatically every week or how you get invited to receive it when the promo says 'all you need to do is play'. The lack of transparency is bizarre.
