Illegal immigrants and in general unskilled immigrants DO take uneducated native jobs, it's uncontroversial in literature. They take them and/or decrease the wages in those sectors that can use a lot of that kind of labour.

It's true for all ethnicities but more often for blacks because they are less educated on average. And that's a way to try to tell black people that deportion of illegals help them. And it's actually true, it's people wit

Calling it a Black Job is r*tarded and racist. At best it’s horrible optically and rhetorically, at worst it’s maliciously racist.

By that logic legal immigrants take White and Asian jobs because they are the most educated. News flash, separating job types by race is racist as f*ck it doesn’t take a genius to understand this.

By the way that thing at the end is wrong too. The PROTESTS were mostly peaceful. Yes the riots were dumb and anyone unwilling to condemn the violence is an idiot, but let’s not rewrite history here.

Serious question because I don't know the data on this... but how many Republicans come from a community organizer background? Or from public service job of any kind outside military enlistment?

It seems like this should be an important point for Rural American Republicans, no? How will people represent you properly, if they come from inherited wealth, Ivy League educations, or groomed think tanks?

They trust their local republicans who are from their same stock and vouch for the elites

So Republican voters trust "local republicans" (even though they have the most reps that are out of district between the two parties), assuming their goals align w/ the elites they have nothing in common with?

Hmmm... And Republican voters trust these people to represent them, but they don't trust government on the whole?

How does any of that make sense to you? Seriously curious.

By the same logic some people attack h1B visas from taking white and Asian jobs yes.

It's not racism to identify that some policies affect some ethnicities more than others ffs.

Democrats do it ALL THE TIMES

There’s a difference between saying “lower skilled jobs that can be opportunities for poorer communities” and “Black jobs”. Come on you can’t be that dense bro.

Yes they do check polls about approval of the local elected people vs congress in general there are often 50+ points of gap (with the local congressperson usually in the middle).

Elites do deliver on some stuff rural republicans want. Those are the people who want "to trigger libs" for example and elites deliver on it all the times.

And the 2a. They deliver on that and that's a big one. And now roe vs Wade reversal.

Rural republicans aren't needy bitches who want constant welfare doled out at them and whine endlessly otherwise. They know government sucks so any win is more than they expect

He is quite the contradiction yes.

Do people who worked for Harris say terrible things about her?

by canofworms P

How do you interpret what she said?

Read/listen for yourself.

"The job he's currently seeking might be one of those black jobs."

Yes Michelle racializes when it's not racial (like you know, POTUS), but if Dems say stuff like "rent inflation hits minorities more than whites" that would be 100% correct and uncontroversial.

by Betraisefold22 P

He is quite the contradiction yes.

Some things have racial elements, others don't.

Racialization is putting race in the conversation when it doesn't apply, on purpose, to stir racial animosity.

Like when people brag of an "all black podium" at the Olympics, extremely racist.

Meaning, The job of President of the United States of America is designated for a black person? Idk how else to logically interpret what is being said lmao
People are really mindblowing

I understand she's mocking him, but at the same time, is this not exactly what she's saying?

Donald Trump Jr. just endorsed the idea of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. joining the Trump administration as potential CIA director.

+1000 for the lols

damn michelle obama to hell for "racializing" kamala harris !!! 😡

"Might be." If she wins.

Am I missing something? Michelle Obama made a joke about the job of president potentially becoming a "black job" in reference to Trump previously having used that term to describe some jobs and that sparked this rant from Luciom? Like the entire point she is making with the joke is that racialising jobs is ridiculous but somehow Luciom is ranting about her for racialising the Presidency?

What you see as a joke I see as a racist dog whistle.

Which is allowed ofc, but am I allowed to dislike it?

It's not redicolous to claim blacks have jobs that more often than other ethnicities jobs are in competition with low skilled or illegal immigrants, because it's factually true and you know it is!!!

I mean she even provides the context and somehow you still see it as racist dog whistle. I think you're wrong on this one buddy.

You got it boss. An obvious dig at something ridiculous uncle Trump said is what got Luciom all heated.

Kamala honeymoon coming to an end. Lots of time left until election, but looks like she's settling back into reality, at least from the betting markets.

Wow, right wingers really doing stellar work ITT to disprove that they are a miserable, humourless bunch of *****. Crack on.

Atta girl Kamala
