this is some kind of mockery, if you don’t want a person to play for you, then just block the account, no, you need to mock, they asked me for a bank statement, I sent it, then they asked me for a utility bill, I sent 3 bills, they told me that they weren’t visible there, I sent 2 more bills and I received a letter that they were almost finished, you just need to provide a bank statement or a utility bill, what should you call it????
I've been trying to complete verification for more than half a year, considering that I've been playing in this room for more than 5 years....what's going on?

I whould like to clarify the terms of the actual Daily Gem Ticket promotion.
1) Is the tournament day = day the tournament starts like it was in the leap day promotion this year (see quote below)?
The promotion will include also tournaments which started today and will be over after today.
2) Will the sunday $55 mystery bounty starting at 17:30 GMT and the $109 main event (100k GTD) starting at 18:00 GMT be daily gem tournaments? The $109 main event is already in the lobby but is not stated as a daily gem tournament by now. Or will another $109 tournament be a daily gem tournament?
3) Can players win 3 Tickets every week during the promotion period? Or is 3 Tickets the maximum in the whole promotion period?
4) Promotion end is stated as 09.10.2024. It is gonna be impossible to win a ticket in the week from 07.10.2024 to 09.10.2024. Will the actual end be 06.10.2024? Or will the whole week until 13.10.2024 count?

I've already been banned three times FOR NOTHING.
Here are screenshots confirming that I was banned for 4 months this year, played for 2 weeks and was repeatedly blocked with an unban.
Because of these extremely FAST bans, I can't even withdraw money for 4 months ( +-7k$) . I have never had, as you say, “scripts for seats” and according to you, you have checked this and approved my account for less than 4 months.
Explain at least why I am banned immediately after unbanning, I do not use ANYTHING prohibited and do not violate the rules. Please unban me or at least return the money that has been stuck on the account for more than 4 months

1. The tournament day counts as the day it ended. Since Sunday tournaments are not part of the promotion, it doesn’t really matter though.
2. As stated in the T&Cs – only tournaments that contain the term ‘Daily Gems’ in their name will be included in the promotion.
3. Maximum 3 tickets per week.
4. There is indeed a problem with the end date. The relevant end date should indeed be October 6th. However, if the promotion goes well, we may extend.

I'm here to share my recent experience with 888poker's support and would like to hear your thoughts on this matter.
Recently, I reached out to their support to address an issue regarding the difficulty in verifying my address. As a Brazilian, I encountered the requirement for documents in English, which in itself is questionable. Nevertheless, I decided to proceed and hired a sworn translator to translate my document.
To my sur
Honestly, I don’t even know why I’m still writing about this issue, but I’ve run out of options and don’t know what else to do.
I’ve gone through every possible problem with 888. The address verification, which should have been a simple task, turned into a huge complication. Still, I went through all the steps, always staying polite and respectful with their support, never losing my patience.
After all that, on August 24th, they confirmed my withdrawal of $2,245. I had been trying to withdraw that money since the beginning of August, which I’m entitled to. For them, this amount might not seem like much, but for me, who quit my job to focus on becoming a professional poker player, it’s essential. But the money never reached my bank account.
I went to my bank to check if the issue was on my end or theirs, but it wasn’t. My withdrawal doesn’t even show up as a pending payment. To be sure, I asked my bank manager for an official statement proving that the money wasn’t received, and he signed the document.
Now, almost 20 days later, I still don’t know where my money is. It’s not in my bank, and I can prove that I didn’t receive it. It also hasn’t been returned to my 888 account.
Good luck to everyone else in the same situation, just trying to get what’s rightfully ours, because from what I’ve seen, I’m not the only one dealing with this. And to those who read all the way through, don’t give up on your money.
Some might think I made a mistake with the bank details or documents, but that’s impossible. I went to the bank to make sure everything was correct on the statement, checked it about 20 times before sending, and reviewed it again afterward. So, if it wasn’t my mistake or the bank’s, it has to be on 888’s end. Either someone didn’t do their job properly, or I’ll never see that money.
