The words are not wrong, some people just have a blind spot and think the word "fascist" means exclusively "Nazi". I agree it's overused, but it's apt here. Fascism is a sub-category of right wing authoritarianism.

his administration’s policy is that it was ok to murder innocent Americans via military drone strike without their American right to a trial.
He killed at least two Americans. One was a minor. I think Obama did the same.

You're still doing it. Nobody has claimed he did enact anything fascistic in his first term (the closest was Trolly mentioning the Patriot Act in a reply to you but I don't know what he was getting at with that given that was passed in 2001) but you insist on arguing only against this claim that nobody has actually made.
If you want to make your point then talk about what people are actually claiming - things like his rhetoric having fascistic leanings, red states making it easier to prevent the transfer of power, and the content of the 2025 project.
